We are looking forward to welcoming you to Meadow Lakes and trust that you will have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday with us.
As a team, we want to assure you that we are taking specific additional measures to make sure that Meadow Lakes is Covid-Secure.
We will be deep cleaning all accommodation between lettings and also implementing advanced sanitising measures. In addition, there will be extended time periods between each occupancy.
We will be following Government advice to ensure your safety, particularly in regards to cleanliness and social distancing.
In respect of your holiday with us, we are setting out the specific procedures below which we kindly ask you to adhere to:
- Check in times will be between 5 pm & 8 pm. If possible, please call us in advance of your arrival to let us know what time you are expecting to arrive.
- Check in will be remote, meaning you will not need to enter our reception building.
- A member of staff will direct you to your accommodation.
- Your accommodation will be left open, with the sanitised keys inside. We will also leave you a welcome pack and map of the park, which includes further health & safety guidelines in relation to your stay and more details about the check-out procedure.
- Check out will be by 9 am on the day of departure.
- Reception/shop hours will be: 9 am – 1 pm and 2 pm – 6.30 pm daily.
- Regrettably, our indoor facilities and swimming pool must remain closed following Government advice.
- Our outdoor spaces including play areas and the fishing lakes are open.
- We ask that you please respect the Governments’ social distancing guidelines whilst at Meadow Lakes, particularly if you enter the reception/shop. If possible, please come in individually rather than as a family/couple, to reduce the number of people in the reception area.
- Please use the hand sanitiser which is located at key locations.
- Please respect any guidance issued by our team.
